Dramaturgy, First Kiss Theater Company's FebLab

There's a constant presence in the background of influencer Dana's vlogs: Bippo, who has been around since Dana's interrupted abortion three years ago. When Bippo breaks free at a cryptocurrency panel, Dana—and the rest of the internet—are forced to grapple with what it means for Bippo to exist.

I participated in First Kiss Theater Company's annual FebLab program, which supports the creation of digital theater projects over a short timespan based around a uniting theme, in 2025. Based on the theme "shedding," I supported playwright Elise Wein in writing BippoWorld, a timely story about abortion and care.

The play also had a multimedia element, which I created using World of Text.
